The front is all crimped and frizzy, it will be in a side partin too rather than a middle partin. The hair on each side will be rolled backwards to create a heart shape but an off centre one. This gives it a more modern look to the typical Elizabethan middle partin heart shape design.
The back of the hair will be braided up the back of the head but not all the hair will be in the braid. The top of the hair and the rest of the braid will be put in a bobble and in to a bun on the top of the head.
I really like the look of the braids that go all up the back of the head, there very fashionable and stylish but I am keeping the Elizabethan feel to the look with the crimped hair at the front of the hair.
This look is a very simple and very Elizabethan look so I want to have all the make up natural keeping the attention on the hair. I want a perfect base with highlighted dewy skin and mascara, defined brows and some gloss on the lips too.
My inspiration for this design is the really fashionable look right now, the braid going up the back of the head with a bun or messy bun on the top of the head. I really like this look and I think it can be changed in to something Elizabethan by adding the bouffant on the top.
